Po.st publisher Weather Underground inspires app creation

Po.st publisher, Weather Underground, recently inspired developers to create fun mashup apps with its Weather Underground API. In a contest hosted by cloud-based telephony startup Twilio, the Weather Underground API inspired developers to create WeatherGram to sing your daily weather forecast, Canadian Thor to help Canadian travelers foresee inclement weather, and PIG-WTHR for users interested in receiving their weather forecast in pig Latin. Congratulations to Weather Underground and the winning developers for the fun and useful apps!
